Questions before you book
+Where do we meet?
In Friedrichshain, close to the first venue. You get the exact meeting point and your host's number in the confirmation email.
+Is there an age limit?
Yes. All experiences are 18+ and some venues ask for 21+. Always bring a physical ID.
+What should I wear?
Dark, simple, comfortable. Skip flashy logos, dress shoes and big bags. Your host gives you a briefing before the first door.
+Is entry guaranteed?
We work with venue partners so groups get in reliably, but Berlin doors always decide for themselves. Follow the briefing and your chances are excellent.
+Can I cancel?
Cancellation terms come from the booking platform you use for your ticket and are shown before you pay.
+How do I pay?
Tickets are paid on the booking platform. Private events are invoiced after we agree on the plan.
+How long does the tour last?
Most bar nights run about 4 hours. Private events are planned around your schedule.
+How big are the groups?
We keep groups small and social, usually up to 15 people. For a private night, you set the size.
+Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Spots are limited and venues need a headcount. Book at least one day ahead, weekends sell out faster.
+Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many guests join solo. The small group format makes it easy to meet people.
+What is included in the price?
A local host for the whole night, a planned route, shots in every bar and drink specials. Cocktails and extra drinks are not included unless stated.
+Are the tours in English?
Yes, our public tours are hosted in English. Private events can be arranged in English or German.
+What happens if I am late?
Please be on time. The group cannot wait at most doors. If you are delayed, call or message your host right away.
+Do you host corporate or birthday groups?
Yes. Use the private events form and we will build a route and timing around your group.
+Is food included?
No, but we can plan a food stop before the tour starts or recommend spots near the meeting point.
+Are the venues wheelchair accessible?
Some are, some are not. Tell us your needs when booking and we will choose a suitable route.
