Why big groups need their own plan
A group of 20+ cannot simply walk into a Berlin bar on a Saturday. We pre-book capacity, split the group into manageable units and keep everyone on the same route with several hosts.
Typical groups: company outings and team events, conference nights, university trips, sports clubs, stag and hen weekends joining forces, and wedding after-parties.
Everything is priced per person, so you know the cost before the night starts, and one contact person keeps the overview instead of 25 people organising in a chat group.

Hosts meet you at the meeting point and run the whole evening.
Rules
- 18+ for every guest, ID checks at the door, no exceptions for large groups.
- One responsible contact person for the booking, the headcount and the group's behaviour.
- Final headcount 72 hours before the night; no-shows are still charged.
- Costumes, matching stag-party shirts and loud outdoor chanting can get a group refused, we brief you beforehand.
- Damage in a venue is invoiced to the booking group.
Good to know
- How early should we book?
- Four weeks or more for 20+ guests, earlier for December and summer weekends.
- Can the group be split by taste?
- Yes, we can run two parallel routes (bar-focused and club-focused) that meet at the final venue.
- Do you host in English?
- Yes, in English and German. Mixed-language groups get hosts for both.
- Can we get an invoice for the company?
- Yes. Group events are invoiced with VAT to your company address.
